Karen has over ten years of experience in integrative family medicine in Los Angeles. She received her Master’s degree at NYU, and her PA degree at Long Island University in New York, before moving to Los Angeles with her husband. She has accumulated years of experience specializing in women’s health, pediatric care, and regenerative medicine. She incorporates homeopathy, nutritional support, and many natural remedies when treating her patients.
In addition to practicing integrative family medicine, she has been working in orthopedic and regenerative medicine with a leading MD in the field for the last three years, performing most of the injections in his office. She is highly skilled in techniques for joint and tissue regeneration, using prolotherapy and PRP. She treats every joint in the body including the neck, low back, knees, shoulders, and hips. She also is skilled in using PRP for hair regrowth, and to stimulate collagen production on the face and diminish scars.
Karen has a passion for helping the whole family heal inside and out. When not at work, she enjoys traveling with her family and raising her two daughters, ages 11 and 14. She also enjoys swimming, hiking, yoga, and transcendental meditation.
